This Latin American classic is a light and airy sponge cake soaked in a luscious blend of three milks — evaporated, condensed, and heavy cream — creating a melt-in-your-mouth texture that’s rich yet refreshing. My first taste of this beautiful cake was at Cactus restaurant and I had to experiment and learn to make this ! This has been a family favorite!
